What we collect and why
- When you contact or book with us by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person: your name, phone number, email address and vehicle details such as the registration, so we can book and carry out the work and keep you updated.
- When we work on your vehicle: job, invoice and payment records, which we keep for accounting and legal reasons and to deal with any warranty claim.
- When you use this website: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as pages visited and device type. We use this only to improve the website.
Our legal basis
We use your information to carry out the work you ask for (contract), to keep records the law requires (legal obligation), to reply to your enquiries (legitimate interests), and for website analytics only if you agree (consent).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it where needed: when we carry out an MOT, the result is recorded on the DVSA’s MOT database as the law requires, and the companies that run our website and business systems process data on our behalf. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google and only loads if you accept cookies.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to do the work and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
