If your car or van won’t start or isn’t safe to drive, call us. We can recover it to our workshop, find the problem and get it fixed.
How it works
Call us on 0115 939 9244 and tell us where the vehicle is and what’s happened. We’ll recover it to our garage on Pasture Road, diagnose the fault, and call you with what’s wrong and a price before any repair.
Call us during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
1. Call us
Tell us where the vehicle is, what happened and any warning lights or noises before it stopped.
2. We recover it
We bring the vehicle back to our workshop in Stapleford.
3. We find the fault
Up-to-date diagnostic equipment and experience pin down the actual cause.
4. You get a price
We call you with what’s wrong and what it will cost. Nothing is done without your OK.
5. We fix it
Repairs carried out in our own workshop, covered by our 12-month or 12,000-mile parts and labour warranty.
6. Back on the road
We let you know as soon as it’s ready to collect.
Not safe to drive?
If a warning light tells you to stop, the engine is overheating, or the brakes or steering don’t feel right, don’t risk driving it. Call us and we’ll bring it in.
Broken down nearby?
